As an in-house writer on LinkedIn's Creative Studio team, I got to touch a lot of projects throughout the organization. From telling real user's stories to creating engaging content meant to inform, our goal was to shine a light on career growth and how to acheive it.
The Way In
Every year, LinkedIn helps millions of people find their way into their next job. But while people think of LinkedIn as a place to network and connect to past and future colleagues, not many people think of it as a place to actually search for jobs. We wanted to change that. With this campaign, we highlighted how LinkedIn offers not only an expansive job listings board, but also provides members with access to a powerful network of professionals.

We worked with real veterans, not actors, to create a very important Veterans Day message. More times than not, the challenges and perceptions some veterans face on a daily basis overshadow their accomplishments and distract from just how bright their futures can be. We wanted to tell the world that it's time we rethink how we talk to, and about, our vets.
